How long does delivery take?
Standard UAE delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days from dispatch.
How much is delivery?
Standard UAE delivery is AED 20, and complimentary on orders of AED 250 or more.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
We deliver within the UAE.
Do you offer express delivery or cash on delivery?
All orders are sent by standard delivery and paid online at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation. Where the courier provides a tracking reference, it will be included.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened or tried on, unless they arrived faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Who pays for returns?
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return cost. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take additional time.
